What you will do…
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and bills of lading
- Inspect received materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately enter receiving and shipping transactions into the ERP
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinator with carriers for pickups, deliveries, and freight scheduling
- Maintain organized staging, storage, and warehouse areas.
- Communicate shortages, overages, or delays to purchasing, production, and project teams.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies when handling materials and equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required
- Support continuous improvement efforts in shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed…
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
- Basic computer skills; experience Microsoft suite
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English Speaking
Schedule:
- Full-time, 1st Shift
- Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Occasional overtime based on production and shipping demands

- Work may take place in varied environments that can be cold, hot, noisy, or wet, and may include exposure to odors or fumes.

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
